Rapid7 Insight Agent Local Privilege Escalation via Shell Injection in mcp.json Configuration Path
Improper handling of local filesystem paths in Rapid7 Insight Agent on Linux and macOS may allow authenticated local users to gain elevated privileges. Exploitation requires existing local access and depends on the Agent's inventory collection processing the crafted path.
Twisted: Unauthenticated Remote Denial of Service in the Twisted HTTP/2 Server via Rapid Stream Reset
## Summary
An uncontrolled-resource-consumption vulnerability (CWE-400) in the Twisted HTTP/2 server lets any unauthenticated remote client exhaust server CPU over a single connection. A client that sends a request header block with `END_STREAM` and then immediately resets the stream makes the server route and render the request before it processes the reset. Reset streams are freed and never count against the concurrent-stream limit, and no reset-rate limiter exists, so the pattern can be repeated at line rate on one connection. This is the HTTP/2 Rapid Reset class, CVE-2023-44487.

Kubeflow Pipelines: Pipeline archive upload allows decompression bomb to exhaust server memory
Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the API server decompressed uploaded pipeline archives without adequately bounding expanded data while locating or reading the pipeline file. A small ZIP or gzip-compressed tar archive can consume disproportionately large memory and exhaust API-server resources. Multipart pipeline and pipeline-version upload processing performs decompression before namespace authorization, so a reachable caller does not need a successful pipeline-create authorization decision. URL-import handlers authorize before fetching and decompressing a re
Incorrect authorization in issuer resolution in AWS Private CA Connector for Kubernetes
Incorrect authorization in the issuer resolution logic in AWS Private CA Connector for Kubernetes (aws-privateca-issuer) before v1.10.1 might allow an authenticated remote user to obtain certificates, including subordinate CA certificates, signed by a cluster-scoped AWS Private CA issuer that their approval policy does not authorize.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade aws-privateca-issuer to version v1.10.1 or the AWS Private CA Connector for Kubernetes EKS add-on to version v1.10.1-eksbuild.1, and update any certificate requests, Certificate resources, or Ingress annotations whose issuerRef.kind is missing, incorrect, or does n
@eeacms/volto-chatbot has Unauthenticated Danswer API Confused Deputy Proxy
## Unauthenticated Danswer API Confused Deputy Proxy in @eeacms/volto-chatbot
### Summary
`@eeacms/volto-chatbot` exposes an Express middleware route (`**/_v1_da/**`) that accepts unauthenticated HTTP requests from any network client and proxies them to the configured upstream Danswer API, automatically attaching the server-side service credentials (`DANSWER_API_KEY` or session cookie). Because no authorization check, path allowlist, or method restriction is applied before the upstream request is issued, an unauthenticated attacker can invoke arbitrary Danswer API operations — including privileged admin endpoints — as the configured service
Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. From 0.5.1 until 2.17.0, the frontend artifact routes did not check whether an authenticated user was authorized to access the requested namespace. A user who can reach the frontend and knows an artifact location can select another tenant's namespace, or omit the namespace and reach an unguarded direct handler, to read artifact contents such as datasets, models, or pipeline outputs. The issue applies to multi-user deployments that rely on Kubeflow Pipelines authorization for tenant isolation. Authentication at ingress identifies the caller but
Cedar: JSON template is in scope missing slot-id validation allows link panic and decision divergence
Cedar users must be using all of the following features to be affected by this advisory: JSON format policies, policy templates, and the `is in` scope condition. This advisory only affects JSON-formatted Cedar policy templates containing `is in` scope conditions that are **malformed** according to the Cedar syntax. It does **not** affect syntactically well-formed policies.
Users of Cedar who author policies in the JSON format were able to write Cedar policies using the `is in` condition with an incorrect slot identifier in the principal and resource scope constraints (e.g., `?principal` in the resource scope constraint) even though this is n

Kubeflow Pipelines: Run log streaming endpoint bypasses namespace authorization, exposing pod execution logs cross-tenant
Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the API server's GET /apis/v1alpha1/runs/{run_id}/nodes/{node_id}/log handler retrieved logs without authorizing the caller against the selected run. A caller who can reach the backend and knows a victim run ID and suitable pod or node identifier can read live or archived logs with the API server's permissions. For live logs, the caller-controlled node ID was also accepted as a pod name without verifying that the pod belonged to the requested run, allowing a known run ID to select the namespace of an unrelated pod and read its

SD JWT JS: Tampered disclosures silently dropped instead of rejected
SD JWT JS is a JavaScript implementation of the Selective Disclosure JWT (SD-JWT) specification. In version 0.19.0 and earlier, `@sd-jwt/decode`, also used by `@sd-jwt/core`, silently drops a tampered Disclosure whose digest no longer matches the Issuer-signed `_sd` array and returns a reduced claim set, reporting success while the Issuer signature remains valid. Both a tampered Disclosure that remains valid JSON and a Disclosure containing invalid UTF-8 bytes reach this silent-drop behavior. In the latter case, the `TextDecoder / Buffer` decoding path substitutes U+FFFD replacement characters, recovering syntactically valid disclosure data i

Kubeflow: Unauthenticated path traversal to arbitrary file read on ml-pipeline-ui via the volume artifact source
Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the volume artifact handler for GET /artifacts/get?source=volume did not confine a caller-supplied file path to the selected volume. A caller who can reach the route and identify an existing mounted volume can use path traversal to read files outside that volume when the artifact-serving process can read them. The frontend pod serves the request when artifact proxying is disabled, while the selected namespace's artifact-service pod serves it when proxying is enabled. A deployment with authentication disabled requires no applica

KeePassXC: Out-of-bounds write in browser integration response encryption with oversized database responses
KeePassXC is a cross-platform community-driven port of the Windows application KeePass Password Safe. From 2.3.0 until 2.8.0, KeePassXC browser integration encrypts authorized responses in src/browser/BrowserMessageBuilder.cpp using a fixed 1 MiB output vector even though Botan::Sodium::crypto_box_easy() writes the plaintext length plus crypto_box_MACBYTES. A browser-protocol client that can access the per-user IPC endpoint, has a valid database association, and causes an unlocked database to generate and encrypt a sufficiently large authorized response can trigger a sequential out-of-bounds write before any response is delivered. This issue
Frappe before 15.121.0 and 16.x before 16.34.0 Path Traversal RCE via File Upload
Frappe before 15.121.0 and 16.x before 16.34.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability because certain file-upload handling does not validate the destination path before writing to disk. Authenticated attackers can upload crafted files to locations outside the intended storage directory to achieve remote code execution on the server.
