surfio IRAP header size fields cause out-of-bounds reads
Surfio is a library for reading and writing surface files. Prior to 0.0.19, surfio does not correctly validate size fields in IRAP files, leading to a buffer overflow when untrusted files are parsed. The severity assumes surfio is used to parse untrusted files in a networking context such as a web service. This issue is fixed in version 0.0.19.
Tornado before 6.5.7 Credential Leak via Handle Reuse
Tornado before 6.5.7 contains a credential leak vulnerability in CurlAsyncHTTPClient where pycurl handles are reused across requests without proper state clearing. Attackers can obtain sensitive credentials by issuing requests through the same client instance, allowing TLS certificates or proxy authentication to persist across unintended requests.
Tornado before 6.5.8 Cookie Attribute Injection via Capitalized kwargs
Tornado before 6.5.8 contains an incomplete fix for cookie attribute injection that allows attackers to inject arbitrary cookie attributes by passing capitalized or legacy keyword arguments to set_cookie. Attackers can embed semicolon-delimited data in capitalized parameters like Domain, Path, or SameSite to bypass validation and modify cookie security attributes.
Tornado before 6.5.8 Memory Amplification DoS via multipart
Tornado before 6.5.8 contains a memory amplification vulnerability in parse_multipart_form_data that splits multipart data before validating the max_parts limit. Attackers can send crafted multipart requests with many parts to create large transient lists, exhausting server memory and causing denial of service.
atomic-agents-stack before 1.1.0 Path Traversal via dashboard serve.py
atomic-agents-stack before 1.1.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the dashboard HTTP server that allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files by supplying directory traversal sequences in request paths. Attackers can bypass path containment checks by including '../' segments in requests to the DashboardHandler.do_GET endpoint to access files outside the intended agents_root directory.
atomic-agents-stack before 1.1.0 Remote Code Execution via HTTP MCP
atomic-agents-stack before 1.1.0 accepts cleartext HTTP schemes in the HTTP MCP server-registry backend factory, allowing network man-in-the-middle attackers to rewrite catalog responses. Attackers can inject arbitrary command and argument values that are spawned as local subprocesses by MCPClientPool to achieve code execution on the agent host.
atomic-agents-stack before 1.1.0 Cost Guardrail Bypass via Unknown Model
atomic-agents-stack before 1.1.0 contains a cost-guardrail bypass in the _estimate_batch_cost function that returns zero cost for unknown models not in the pricing table. Attackers can configure deployments with unknown model identifiers to bypass daily cost caps and exceed budget limits in parallel batch operations.
Tornado before 6.4.1 CRLF Injection via CurlAsyncHTTPClient
Tornado before 6.4.1 contains a CRLF injection vulnerability in CurlAsyncHTTPClient that fails to reject carriage return and line feed characters in request headers. Attackers can inject CRLF sequences into header values to inject arbitrary headers or construct entirely new HTTP requests.
Tornado before 6.4.1 HTTP Request Smuggling via Transfer-Encoding
Tornado before 6.4.1 ignores duplicate Transfer-Encoding: chunked headers, treating requests as having no message body and parsing the chunked body as a subsequent request. Attackers can exploit this inconsistency when Tornado is deployed behind proxies to perform HTTP request smuggling, enabling access control bypass, cache poisoning, or connection desynchronization.
Tornado before 6.3.3 HTTP Request Smuggling via Content-Length
Tornado before 6.3.3 contains an HTTP request smuggling vulnerability due to improper parsing of Content-Length headers accepting non-standard characters. Attackers can send crafted HTTP requests with these characters to bypass proxy validation and smuggle requests when deployed behind certain proxies.
GitHacker: Path traversal in ref/hash parsing enables existence oracle and hex-fragment exfiltration via a malicious .git server
GitHacker is a tool that restores Git repositories from exposed .git directories. In 1.1.7 and earlier, add_head_file_tasks parses an attacker-controlled ref path from .git/HEAD and joins unvalidated path segments onto temp_dst/.git/logs/, allowing a malicious server to make GitHacker read an arbitrary local file when a victim runs the tool against the server's URL. add_hashes_parsed then scans the file for 40-character hexadecimal substrings and requests each match through .git/objects using the first two characters and remaining characters as path components, creating an attacker-observable existence oracle and disclosing matching hexadecim
GeoLens: Cross-dataset authorization bypass discloses private dataset metadata, schema, sample values, table rows, and raster/vector tile data
GeoLens is a self-hosted geospatial data catalog with semantic search, OGC and STAC APIs, and a map builder. Prior to 1.2.3, multiple read and link endpoints authorize only the resource named in the request URL and fail to re-authorize a second caller-influenced dataset reached through a relationship, map layer, VRT source, externalId lookup, or request body. When a public map references a private dataset, anonymous callers can use GET /maps/{id} and GET /maps/{id}/style.json to obtain the private layer's metadata, sampled values, or vector tiles. The style response can expose a replayable HMAC tile URL that is bound to neither a user nor a m

pyLoad: Unbounded Memory Growth Leading to DoS and Potential DDoS in EventManager
pyLoad is a free and open-source download manager written in Python. Prior to 0.5.0b3.dev101, EventManager in src/pyload/core/managers/event_manager.py appends a Client object to the clients list for each unique uuid submitted to the authenticated getEvents API endpoint, but get_events does not invoke the available clean method to remove inactive clients. An authenticated user can repeatedly submit unique UUID values, causing retained client objects and process memory to grow without bound even after requests stop. The resulting memory exhaustion can trigger an operating-system out-of-memory termination of pyLoad or host-wide instability and

pyLoad: SSRF guard bypass via IPv6 6to4/NAT64 transition wrappers of internal IPs
pyLoad is a free and open-source download manager written in Python. Prior to 0.5.0b3.dev101, is_global_address in src/pyload/core/utils/web/check.py relies on Python's global-address classification without examining IPv4 destinations embedded in 6to4 or NAT64 IPv6 addresses. A low-privileged user can submit an IPv6 literal through parse_urls to the pre-resolution is_global_host guard. Because host_to_ip is pinned to AF_INET, that guard does not evaluate a hostname's AAAA result. Separately, curl resolves hostnames before the pycurl PREREQFUNC in src/pyload/core/network/http/http_request.py applies the same vulnerable is_global_address check
Cyberdrop-DL: Pixeldrain API key shared with unverified thirdparty sites
Cyberdrop-DL is a bulk asynchronous downloader for multiple file hosts. From 8.5.0 until 9.14.0, the Pixeldrain crawler uses substring host matching instead of requiring the input host to be an exact member of SUPPORTED_DOMAINS, and then reuses that input host for API requests. When a Pixeldrain API key is configured, processing a crafted URL from an attacker-controlled lookalike host causes cyberdrop_dl/crawlers/pixeldrain.py to send the Authorization header to that host. The URL may be introduced through a third-party site that can cause downloads for other sites, and the attacker receives the user's Pixeldrain API key. This issue is fixed
CodeRAG is a lightweight semantic code search and distillation utility for AI coding agents. Prior to 1.3.1, the default agent-coderag sync flow in code_rag/entry/cli.py calls sync_dependencies for an indexed path, and code_rag/core/manager.py treats build.gradle or build.gradle.kts as sufficient to invoke _sync_gradle. _sync_gradle prefers a repository-controlled gradlew or gradlew.bat file and passes it directly to asyncio.create_subprocess_exec with the repository root as the working directory; validate_path in code_rag/core/utils.py constrains the directory location but does not validate the executable's content or integrity. A victim who
MySQL MCP Server: Missing Origin/Host Validation in SSE Transport Enables Unauthenticated SQL Execution (DNS Rebinding / Direct Exposure)
MySQL MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol server that enables secure interaction with MySQL databases. Prior to 0.4.2, setting MCP_TRANSPORT=sse causes src/mysql_mcp_server/server.py to construct SseServerTransport without security_settings or enable_dns_rebinding_protection, while the Starlette routes /, /sse, and /messages/ have no authentication and the service binds to 0.0.0.0 by default. A network attacker can directly reach execute_sql, or can use DNS rebinding to make a victim's browser relay same-origin requests to a locally bound service, and supply a query that reaches cursor.execute(query). This allows unauthenticated disclosure
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 0.1.6, praisonai_platform/services/auth_service.py assigns the public dev-secret-change-me value to JWT_SECRET when PLATFORM_JWT_SECRET is unset, and its production guard does not run when PLATFORM_ENV is also unset because that setting defaults to dev. A remote unauthenticated attacker can mint an HS256 token with an arbitrary sub and email, and the platform's AuthService._verify_token() and get_current_user dependency accept the forged identity for protected API routes. This vulnerability is fixed in praisonai-platform 0.1.6.
praisonai-platform 0.1.4 still boots on the hardcoded JWT secret dev-secret-change-me (default-open production guard)
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 0.1.6, praisonai_platform/services/auth_service.py falls back to the public dev-secret-change-me HS256 signing key when PLATFORM_JWT_SECRET is unset, while the startup and token-issuance guards are disabled because PLATFORM_ENV also defaults to dev. An unauthenticated attacker can sign a JWT containing an attacker-chosen sub value, and AuthService._verify_token() accepts it as an authenticated identity, enabling user or workspace-owner impersonation when a target identifier is known. This vulnerability is fixed in praisonai-platform 0.1.6.
PraisonAI ToolsMCPServer legacy SSE transport accepts attacker Host/Origin and exposes registered tools
PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From praisonaiagents 0.6.0 until 1.6.59 and PraisonAI 3.10.0 until 4.6.59, ToolsMCPServer.run_sse() in src/praisonai-agents/praisonaiagents/mcp/mcp_server.py mounts SseServerTransport on the legacy /sse and /messages/ endpoints without default Host, Origin, or authentication enforcement. A malicious website can use DNS rebinding against a reachable local or internal SSE server, supply attacker-controlled Host and Origin headers, enumerate registered tools, and invoke them with the server user's privileges. The Streamable HTTP transport rejects the same hostile Origin, which isolates the flaw to the leg
